Use professional testing equipment:
X-Ray detector: Verify the consistency of the internal structure of the package;
Microscope and high-power magnifying glass: check screen printing, foot oxidation, and coating integrity;
Curve Tracer: Compare the electrical characteristic curves of components;
Baking and constant temperature and humidity testing chamber: testing moisture resistance and packaging reliability;

Establish a database of testing reports and trace the entire process through the ERP system.

Constant temperature and humidity warehouse management, real-time temperature and humidity monitoring;

All materials are classified and stored in anti-static areas;
